Your role in our mission
Gainwell is looking for an Account General Manager with high energy and creativity to work with an innovative and transformative client. In this role, you will:
Cultivate client relationships and be the voice of Gainwell as a trusted advisor and thought leader
Develop a client-centered innovation agenda to proactively engage with client on their business needs and goals
Harness Gainwell innovative spirit to meet and exceed contractual commitments
Grow the business through active listening, inquiry and pairing needs to Gainwell unique value
Lead, guide, mentor and grow the team
Manage the financial quality of the account

What we’re looking for
​​​​​​​10-12 years’ experience in account leadership roles such as sales, delivery or business management
A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience managing a large-scale government or private sector healthcare contract valued at twenty (20) million dollars or more.
Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare regulations/standards, as well as cost reporting, profit and loss, and budget compliance
Experience working in a matrixed environment
P & L, sales and risk management skills required

Leads large, cross-functional team
Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas
Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives.
Meets or exceeds financial commitments
