Job Description
Market mapping and competition tracking
Research and develop a list of potential sponsors for each event
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential sponsorship clients
Creating sales proposals and close revenue deals with sponsors
Gettng funds for each event through sponsors.
Keep precise records of conversations with all clients, sponsors and business associates
Update the company database of client as required
Invoice sponsors and exhibitors once agreements have been reached
Coordinate various services for clients
Assist in preparing promotional material to advertise sales opportunities;
Maintain knowledge of event timelines and sponsorship deadlines

Qualifications:Graduates / Post Graduates

Experience:3 to 7 yrs.
