Performance Coach RED – Axelerant

The performance coach helps Axelerant’s team members each month understand, define, and achieve their role’s relevant organization, department, project, etc. expectations through unbiased conversations and feedback outside of the typical manager relationship.
Additionally, a performance coach assists people to reach their career potential through coaching and other educational opportunities via a personalized tour of duty.

Core Responsibilities and Expectations Thereof
Responsible for helping team members understand and define their role’s relevant organization, department, project, etc. expectations
Responsible for helping team members define and achieve annual tour of duty
Responsible monthly for helping team members achieve their role’s expectation
Responsible for maintaining a reusable and actionable performance coaching framework
Supplemental Responsibilities and Expectations Thereof
Responsible for coaching or facilitating skills training when relevant
Responsible for escalating people’s challenges to relevant leaders with appropriate calls to action
Responsible for self-development to better serve team member
Support team’s leadership to ensure new joiners are onboarded and engage
Supports being reachable for team members in an extraordinary situation
Support invoking a Performance Improvement Plan when relevant
Special Considerations
Though all of Axelerant’s roles are work from anywhere, we are India-based for salaries and work timings. Explicitly, we expect people to typically have at least a five-hour crossover with the 11 AM to 7 PM India (UTC+05:30) timezone workday.
