Provide timely and diverse executive level administrative and intellectual support to the CEO. Manage activities, engagements and relationships with internal and external stakeholders and design innovative ways to ensure that the office of the CEO runs efficiently and effectively.
Innovate to conserve CEO’s time and energy
In addition to the standard administrative work, track key engagements of the CEO and document calls, appointments, meetings, postal mails and emails and brings matters to a close through consistent follow ups.
Develop and maintain a system for information storage and retrieval so that it can be accessed quickly and routinely.
Do basic research and develop reports, presentations, articles and proposals.
Manage the budget of the CEO’s office, monitor expense accounts, compile and submit bills and vouchers, and process expense reimbursements.
Organize and manage roundtables and consultation meetings
Expand professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and conferences, tracking print and social media, reviewing relevant publications and establishing personal network.
Eligibility and Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in working directly with a CXO level person.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines. A self-starter, able to undertake and initiative tasks independently. Meticulous attention to detail, genuinely reliable and consistently punctual.
Experience of any work in policy area and of using social media will be an added advantage.
