Job Description
1)A team leader who can lead an Art team. 2)A good understanding of current advertising trends/brands in India and related sense of the advertising industry – to be able to offer creative solutions (in conjunction with Copy team) to clients. 3)Through visualization skills, be able to deliver creative solutions to clients/brands. 4)Creative/ Out-of-the-Box thinking. 5)Undertstand Prepare & Structure and give flow to the ideas for agency pitches and lead the creative presentation. 6)Ability to work closely with the Copy team on projects. 7)Needs to deliver within short time-frames and meet the tight deadlines. 8)Developing creative ideas and concepts, across all medias ( offline & online ) 9)Should have the creative knack to deliver the best possible quality creative work. 10)Research current trends and new technology, such as printing production techniques, computer software, and design trends. 11)Structure and give flow to the ideas for agency pitches and lead the creative presentation. 12)He or she should have the ability to think out of the box to highlight the clients product amidst the highly competitive market 13)The person needs to have the excellent communication skills to be able to interact with the clients and understand their requirements.

Qualifications:Degree in Commercial /Fine Art/from Reputed Institute

Experience:8 to 12 yrs.
