As Facilitator in the Department IT APS you will enable Siemens to outperform competitors with Digital Business growth and profitability by providing training, consulting around API & Software Platforms and Services. You will do so by driving the reuse & training of APIs, Low Code Components, Integration Patterns and enable scalable digital services for packaged business capabilities in all Siemens Businesses. Also you will be the Facilitator for and around Employee Experience Siemens IT APS for all IT APS Solutions based on state of the art and cloud based Technologies such as AWS, IBM Cloud, Microsoft Azure etc. . You will enable Business through training and utilize Integration Platforms and reuse Integration Pattern in fully automated way in their processes. You will be a Major driver of value realization of all IT APS Services and Portfolio.

Using your expertise, you will be responsible for our key Stakeholders, build a trusted relation, consult, enable IT APS Services to evolve:
• Collaborate with IT teams to build nextgen products/assets/services to enable organizations execute at scale, enable change, and realize strategic goals of the organization.
• Manage a portfolio of initiatives across cost, process efficiency, inventory optimization, and other financial value levers, and develop and support tracking tools, and report on progress of these initiatives
• Be responsible for the value realization and baseline pipeline and execution strategy in IT APS, supporting our businesses across different countries and the entire product portfolio
• Lead internal/external sales, pre-sales, post-sales and other ecosystem members in order to discover, document, and present the business value of the portfolio. Conduct interlocks with business/IT leadership to review opportunities and roadmaps
• Expand business opportunities by identifying internal prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching and analyzing sales options
• Responsible for defining the portfolio strategy, driving best-in-class programs that enable Siemens business functions with cutting edge technology and deliver ROI
• Coordinate with sales management, marketing, and other pre-sales functions to grow the amount of value related to the portfolio
• Work closely with internal customers to define use cases, build customer journey maps and articulate why and what and how of addressing customer needs
• Define and track products/assets/services success KPIs
• Drive enablement and adoption of the products portfolio
• Manage the Value Realization & Key Accounting Team
• Envision a futuristic portfolio and build a roadmap with clearly defined milestones
• Maintains relationships with major stakeholder and clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors

What you need to make real what matters.
• A university degree in IT, engineering, business management or similar
• Many years of experience in a complex environment, working with multinational teams across the world
• Excellent consulting skill-set, including discovery, analysis, quantitative modeling, listening, communication, presentation, persuasion and project leadership skills
• Experience performing high-level briefings and presentations to senior executives and C-suite customers as required
• Demonstrated creativity for new initiatives and a “get it done” mentality to achieve results in a fast-paced, highly varied environment
• Sales and account management experience
• Experience in prospecting and lead generation and nurturing experience
• Experience in Sales planning and organization skills
• Strong in Customer Relationship Management
• Strong Presentation & Communication skills
• Strong negotiation and collaboration skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Fluency in English
