PURPOSE OF THE JOB :
Documentum specialist with strong ECM background to manage end to end delivery of projects for portfolio of ECM applications (Documentum, Digital Signature, Acollab etc.) in Business solutions.
Work with partner, business, and IS&T stakeholders, ensuring that on time delivery of projects/solutions to meet business expectations on enterprise content and document management needs. This role is part of IS&T organization.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES :
Manage ECM projects (Documentum, digital signature) delivery end to end as a single point of contact with focus on continuous improvement, business interactions and partners & vendor coordination etc.
Demonstrate Documentum technical experience with architect and solution reviews/feedbacks on proposed solutions by partners.
Should coordinate with internal security, infrastructure and IAM teams to align on proposed solutions on ECM use cases and projects.
Work closely with Alstom BPO’s to collect requirements, perform technical feasibility of solutions and ensure technical optimization and solution delivery.
Demonstrate excellence in project delivery using robust delivery framework aligned with Alstom’s overall vision
Oversee all projects/use cases in scope ensuring on time delivery, in budget and with quality
Demonstrate experience working with business users to gather and document business requirements.
Responsible to implement Delivery Best Practices, Technical Governance Model to deliver in time with quality
Periodic weekly / monthly review of projects status with key business & IS&T stakeholders and track the progress via project management tool.
Monitor, track & Co-ordinate with Partners on performance and availability of the applications. Monitoring and Tracking KPI’s- ensuring they are met by partners.
Participate, challenge, and validate technical solutions & architectures proposed by partner.
Perform KU connect / business connect meetings. Accountable for customer satisfaction
Prepare support documentation and training materials for end users of document management systems
Periodic review of the project performance with relevant dashboards creation and monitor to promote continues improvements with technical/functional interferences as and when needed.
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES :
Educational Requirements : BE/BTech Computers
Desirable : Documentum Certification , PMP Certification.
Experience :
Mandatory:
Should have strong Architect /Technical experience of Documentum suite tools like D2, content server, XCP etc.
Good understanding of the overall ECM processes and concepts (Capture, Manage, Store, Preserve, Deliver)
Experience of multiple integrations under ECM Portfolio.
Working experience with difficult stakeholders and managed business critical ECM applications.
Manage regular communication with business to understand performance of services, pain points with platform and manage action plan
Should worked as Delivery specialist/Manager for ECM tools.
Techno functional role played and should have technical and functional understanding of Document Management.
Proficiency in Service now tool for Operations.
Desirable:
Knowledge of Sharepoint.
Good Exposure for any Digital Signature tools preferebaly adobe sign and Docu sign.
Exposure of intranet and web content managment would be added advantage.
Knowledge on Azure cloud platforms.
Competencies & Skills :
IT Skills: Documentum D2, Adobe Sign, Brava, REST, DFC , DFS, Content server,
7-12 years of technical documentum project delivery.
Language Skills: Knowledge of Java, J2ee, DQL
Techno functional experience with content and document management.
Proactive attitude to communicate and respond in timely manner
Strong analytical skills for solving complex problems independently
Ability to work equally well with a team and independently and drive multiple topics
