Your role in our mission
Audits the human resources information system (HRIS) to ensure the system’s credibility.
Works with human resources staff to assist in the documentation of business processes, workflow, output and requirements.
Generates reports on a daily, weekly, quarterly, or annual basis.
Develops procedures for human resources staff to enter and maintain employee information in HRIS database to ensure that employee documentation is current.
Provides support to the end-user community, troubleshoots system issues, and communicates system changes to the user population.
Trains end-users and members of the human resources staff to ensure high-level knowledge of the HRIS and its capabilities.
What we’re looking for
Basic Qualifications:
Three or more years of human resource information systems (HRIS)
Experience working with human resources principles, practices, and procedures.
Experience working with database management and infrastructure software.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication skills. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality regarding employee information.
Ability to understand and apply federal, state, and local changes to and/or new regulations/laws pertaining to human resources.
